About me
I’m a lifelong athlete who believes everyone should realize the strength their body is capable of achieving.
Strength, fitness, and athleticism shouldn’t be the domain solely of the young. All of us have the capacity to get strong, or stay strong, through middle age and remain active no matter how old we are. We can move, hike, ride bikes, play with our kids, carry the groceries, have fun, and walk through our daily lives with strength, pride, and confidence.
